ACCOUNTABILITY & SERVICEABILITY IS KEY.

 

We offer a variety of maintenance packages. During our process we will pair your installation with a maintenance plan that best suits your needs. Our plans are designed to ensure your system is functioning at 100% and at an affordable budget. We offer quarterly, semi-annually or annually maintenance plans.

WHAT DOES YOUR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING SYSTEM NEED?

  • Check all lighting fixtures & transformer(s) to ensure proper functionality.

  • Inspect wires on non-functioning, dim or flickering lights. 

  • Replace bulbs where needed. Optional LED upgrade packages. 

  • Check timer to ensure proper time & adjust run time if needed. Day lights savings, etc. 

  • Straighten fixtures & ensure they will stay straight for an extended period of time. 

  • Clean residue off fixture lenses for proper brightness.

  • Wipe down fixtures with a cloth & cleaning solution to extend life by preventing acceleration of metal breakdown. 

  • Move any existing fixtures that are out of position due to landscape growth or just need adjustment to maximize use.
